The Tourist Travel Pass is a swift and low-cost way to get around Madrid. Limitless travel on all metro lines, suburban train and buses, as well as access to the airport's metro stations.

Choose your Madrid travel pass according to the length of your stay: one, two, three, five or seven days of unlimited use of the city’s transport system so that you can effortlessly discover the most wonderful places in Madrid and its surrounding areas.

What does it include?
With the Tourist Ticket you are entitled to use all public transport services in the Region of Madrid, with unlimited use, within the period of validity.

ZONE A (City Center - Airport)
•    Underground
All Metro Madrid lines within the zone (Madrid city). Airport Surcharge included.
•    Urban buses
All EMT bus lines, except the Airport Exprés line.
•    Suburban Train
All RENFE suburban Train Stations within the zone.
•    Light Rail
ML1 line included.

There are five types of passes: valid for a period of 1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 days. Passes can only be used for the period of time specified on each type of travel pass. The pass is activated on the day it is first used. Once activated, the expiry date is printed onto the back of the Tourist Ticket. The pass will be valid on nocturnal services until 5 a.m. of the expire date.
Validation Tourist Tickets are valid for either Zone A or Zone T. Zone A includes all routes within the designated Zone A area and roughly covers the area within the municipal boundaries. Zone T includes the whole public transport network both within the city and surrounding areas.

How can I receive it?
Collecting it using the booking reference: print the receipt that you will receive following online purchasing and hand it in together with your identification at any of the following locations:

1) I-NEO Madrid Calle Mayor

Monday-Saturday: 9am to 7pm
Sundays: 9am to 3pm
25 December and 1 January: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm

2) Atocha railway station: Viajes Reina - Grupo Vilar
Glorieta de Carlos V Atocha Renfe (L1 ) High-speed train terminal - arrivals, Ground Floor - Madrid
Daily: 8:30am - 1 :30pm. / 2:30pm - 3.30pm, except December 24, 25 and 31 / January 1 and 6.

3) Plaza de Oriente - Wamos

Low season (from 1 /1 1 to 31 /03):
Monday to Friday: 8 am – 6 pm.
Saturday: 8 am – 8 pm. Sunday and Holidays: 8 am – 3 pm.
High season (from 1 /04 to 31 /1 0):
Monday to Wednesday: 8 am – 6 pm.
Thursday to Saturday: 8 am – 8 pm. Sunday and Holidays: 8 am – 4:30 pm
